    Healthy and fun activities for teens may sound like a lot of work for some and easy peasy for others. For me, I lean more on a lot of work on my end. I have 1 young adult, 2 teens, and 1 child.     Adding exercise… Ugh…

    Adding exercise, by far, will be the second most difficult change to implement into my life. I have never made exercise a priority, and I now understand the need to add to my new routine.
